Tour Plan

 Arrive at Kigali International Airport, where you’ll clear immigration and customs. A warm welcome from our representative will follow, and you’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the evening is yours to relax and prepare for the exciting adventure that lies ahead.

After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a city tour of Kigali. Explore the country’s rich history, visiting the Memorial Centre and Crafts Centres, as well as the Kandt Museum and old Kigali. A visit to the Genocide Memorial site will provide you with a deeper understanding of Rwanda’s past, including the impact of the 1994 genocide. After a brief lunch stop at Hotel des Milles Collines, continue your journey to Volcanoes National Park, where you’ll check in at your lodge and enjoy dinner in the evening.

 Following breakfast, head to the park’s main gate, where you’ll meet the expert trackers and be assigned a gorilla tracking group. After a briefing, embark on your exhilarating hike through the forest in search of the gorillas. Once you spot them, you’ll spend an unforgettable hour observing their natural behavior. Afterward, return to your lodge for a late lunch and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. In the evening, enjoy a special visit from the Mountain Gorilla Veterinary Project, where the gorilla doctors will share valuable insights about the health and conservation of these magnificent creatures.

After breakfast, you have the option to join an additional activity, such as Golden Monkey Tracking, before returning to Kigali. After lunch at the lodge, drive back to Kigali and be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your departure flight, concluding this extraordinary journey in Rwanda.
